四、主讲人介绍

李耘耕，男，1987年6月出生于河南郑州，现任上海财经大学人文学院经济新闻系

讲师，博士毕业于香港中文大学新闻与传播学院，曾获香港政府博士奖学金计划

（HKPFS）全额资助。并于2016年在耶鲁大学医学院担任访问学者，本硕分别就读

于南京大学新闻传播学院与南京大学哲学系，曾获得南京大学-约翰斯·霍普金斯

大学中美文化研究中心（Hopkins-Nanjing Center）研究证书。研究兴趣为健康

话语传播、数字媒体与网络社会、传播思想史，曾编著《西方传播学术史》手册

。研究论文发表于Chinese Journal of Communication, Asian Journal of

Communication等SSCI期刊以及《国际新闻界》、《新闻大学》、《暨南学报》等

CSSCI期刊。并在国际传播学学会（ICA）、美国大众传播与新闻教育年会（AEJMC

）、中国新闻史学会学术年会、中国青年传播学者论坛等国内外重要会议发表论

文10余篇。同时是数个SSCI期刊的匿名审稿人。

五、讲座内容介绍

在2016年的一篇学术自传中，"网络社会"理论的缔造者曼纽尔·卡斯特

（Manuel Castells）坦诚，在他从城市社会学、网络社会理论到传播权力这些纵

横捭阖的研究主题中，始终有一个一以贯之的核心主题："具有多维具象性的权

力主轴"（Castells, 2016: 2）。如何理解从福柯到卡斯特，从现代性社会到网

络社会权力实践模式的转变？ 这是卡斯特在"信息时代三部曲"中未及回答但对

"网络社会"理论的完备却至关紧要的问题。通过对福柯的"规训"式权力以及

卡斯特"网络社会"理论的回溯，讲者试图展示当代多元网络社会中，"规训"

式权力实践的理论缺憾以及在权力实践分析中引入"流动"概念的必要性。信息

与传播科技革命催生了新的"网络社会"与虚拟的流动性文化，也造就了诸如"

暗网"这样的网络游击主义的实践。尽管技术和商业精英掌控着"入网、网中和

网络化的权力，但是具有"转网"和"编程"能力的网民却在流动性的实践中分

享了"网络创制的权力"。"流动式权力"的实践模式指认的正是这些数字媒介

网络空间中盗猎和游击者的始终在场，同时也是在数字媒体时代，技术与人在网

络空间共生的方式。

In an academic biography by Manuel Castells in 2016, He claimed that

running through the entire gamut of his academic life, power, in the

multidimensionality of its manifestations has been recurrently the

focus of his theoretical construction. However, in Castells ’reputed

trilogy of the information age, how to make sense of the transformation

of practice of power from the society of modernity to that of network

becomes the imminent puzzle that has yet been tackled. Tracing back

Foucauldian construct on power of discipline and the theory on network

society by Castells, this paper aims to sketch out the means of

practice and the premises on which power of flow operates. The boom of

information and communication technology induces network society and

virtual culture imbued with fluidity. It also facilitates practices in

the "dark web", which resembles guerrilla war across the nets. Though

the technical elites and entrepreneurship still take a steady grip on

networking-power, the minority of technological capable shares the

"network-making power", especially those with the capacity of

"switching" and "reprogramming" which enables the practice of flow

in digital nets. "Power of flow" evinces the perpetual presence of

the digital guerrilla and poachers and the coexistence of technology

and human beings in in an era shaped by the various networks of digital

media.
